HypeVault — Shipping Policy

We know that once you cop a grail, you want it fast. Here's exactly how HypeVault handles shipping.

Processing time
Orders are processed and authenticated within [1–2 business days] before they ship. Every item passes our authentication check before it leaves the vault, so this step is part of making sure you get the real thing.

Shipping time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 5–7 business days on average within [the United States]. Total time from order to delivery is typically [6–9 business days], including processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. [Optional: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[X].]

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within [3 business days] of ordering, reach out and we'll sort it.

Delays
Our estimates cover most orders, but delays can happen — carrier backlogs, holidays, weather, or high-volume drops. These are outside our control, but we'll always keep you updated if something affects your order.

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. HypeVault isn't responsible for packages marked delivered but reported missing, or for carrier-caused loss or damage. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. [Optional: We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.]

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, and re-shipping costs for returned packages are the buyer's responsibility.

International shipping
